Broccoli-Rice Casserole
Broccoli-Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup, 1/2 c. milk and 1/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In saucepan, cook broccoli and onions in boiling, salted water for 5 minutes; drain well.
In bowl, thoroughly mix cream of chicken soup, milk, water and shredded cheese.
Stir in uncooked rice and drained broccoli.
Put into 2-quart casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Stir once while cooking.
Let stand for 10 minutes.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
