Broccoli-Rice Casserole
Broccoli-Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. uncooked rice, 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, 1 small jar cheez whiz, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 1/2 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cook rice according to package directions.
Add soup and Cheez Whiz to hot rice.
Saute onion in margarine; set aside.
Pour enough boiling water over frozen broccoli to thaw; drain well. Add broccoli and rice mixture to onion and butter; mix well.
Pour into 2-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 325Β° for 45 minutes.
May be served hot or chilled.
Freezes well before baking.
