Broccoli Puff
Broccoli Puff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese, 1/4 c. milk and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain well and place in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Stir together soup and cheese.
Gradually add milk, mayonnaise and egg to soup mixture, stirring until well blended.
Pour over broccoli and sprinkle with mixture of bread crumbs and margarine.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
