Broccoli Puff
Broccoli Puff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 (2 oz.) pkg. sharp american cheese, shredded, 1 egg, beaten and 1 tbsp. margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook broccoli according to directions on package; omit salt. Mix together soup, milk, egg, mayonnaise and cheese.
Place broccoli in a 10 x 6 1/2-inch baking dish, greased.
Pour soup mixture over broccoli.
Add dry bread crumbs that have been mixed with margarine on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
