Broccoli-Pimento Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 bunches fresh broccoli, cut into small pieces, 1 medium white or red onion, coarsely chopped, 1 large jar pimentos (undrained), 2 c. miracle whip or miracle whip light and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In small bowl mix salad dressing with sugar and milk.
In larger bowl chop broccoli and onion.
