Broccoli Pie
Broccoli Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (about 10 oz. each), 3 c. shredded cheddar cheese (12 oz.), 2/3 c. chopped onion, 1 1/3 c. milk and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oven to 400Β°. Grease 2 pie plates.
Rinse broccoli under cold water to thaw.
Drain thoroughly.
Mix broccoli, 2 cups of the cheese and onion; divide, pour into pie plates.
Beat milk, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper until smooth.
Pour into plates.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake 1 to 2 minutes longer.
