Broccoli Pepperoni Bread
Broccoli Pepperoni Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with frozen bread dough, thawed, 1 (10 oz.) chopped broccoli, cooked and drained, 1 small can black olives, 1/2 c. pepperoni, thinly sliced and 1/2 c. grated parmesan, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook broccoli and drain.
Coat pan with olive oil.
Return drained broccoli to pan and add other ingredients.
Cook a few minutes until cheese melts.
Stretch and roll dough 16 x 5 inches.
Spread mixture to 1/2 inch of edge.
Fold over and pinch edges.
Put seam on bottom.
Put on greased pan.
Put 1-inch slit on top.
Brush top with egg and water (beat egg with 1 teaspoon water).
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
