Broccoli-Peanut Casserole
Broccoli-Peanut Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, 1 egg, well beaten, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook broccoli in salt water until tender.
Drain broccoli. Mix egg, mayonnaise, cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup grated cheese, grated onion and chopped peanuts in with broccoli.
Top with 1/2 cup cheese and bread crumbs.
Bake in greased casserole bowl for 20 minutes at 350Β°.
