Broccoli-Onion Quiche
Broccoli-Onion Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (9-inch) pie crust (deep dish frozen is good), 1/4 c. parmesan cheese (divided in half), 2 1/2 c. fresh broccoli, 1 to 1 1/2 c. sherdded colby cheese (swiss or cheddar may also be used) and 1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped onion (according to taste), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Prick pie crust and bake 5 minutes at 450°.
Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
Alternate layers of broccoli pieces and grated cheese-onion mixture.
Beat eggs and all other remaining ingredients together and pour over broccoli-cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with rest of Parmesan.
Bake at 450° for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 325° and bake 20 minutes more or until set.
