Broccoli-Mushroom Lasagna
Broccoli-Mushroom Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained, fresh ground pepper to taste, 1 lb. cottage cheese, 8 oz. mozzarella cheese and 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Spread about 1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Layer noodles seasoned with pepper, broccoli, cottage cheese, Mozzarella, remaining cream of mushroom soup and Parmesan three times.
Bake in preheated oven at 325Β° for 45 minutes.
Let stand 20 minutes before cutting into servings. Yields 6 servings.
