Broccoli Crunch
Broccoli Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen broccoli, 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, 1 c. grated american cheese, 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup and 1 (5.33 oz.) can evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cook broccoli until almost tender and place it in a 2-quart casserole dish.
Combine water chestnuts, cheese, soup and milk. Pour this over the broccoli.
Top with onion rings and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
Bake casserole before onion rings are put on top at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
