Broccoli Cornbread
Broccoli Cornbread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, 1 large onion, chopped, 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. cottage cheese and 4 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Drain broccoli.
Saute onion in butter until transparent.
Combine broccoli, onion, eggs, cottage cheese, salt and cornbread mix.
Pour into lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
At 375Β° for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
Cut into squares.
Serves 12.
