Made with 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. jiffy cornbread mix, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained, 4 eggs, slightly beaten, 1 c. small curd cottage cheese and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt margarine and pour into eggs.
Beat this and add cottage cheese.
Add cornbread mix, broccoli and onion.
Pour into greased skillet.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until done.
