Broccoli Corn Casserole
Broccoli Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed, 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 3 tbsp. margarine, melted (divided use) and 1 egg, well beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Completely thaw and drain broccoli.
Mix broccoli with corn, onion, 2 tablespoons margarine, egg, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup cracker crumbs.
Pour into casserole.
Mix 1/4 cup crumbs and 1 tablespoon margarine.
Sprinkle over top of casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 1 hour.
