Broccoli Continental
Broccoli Continental is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. skim milk, 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (low-fat), 1 egg, 10 oz. broccoli spears, thawed and chopped and 1/8 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine milk, margarine and cheese in saucepan over low heat until cheese melts.
Cool and stir in egg.
Place broccoli in greased 1-quart baking dish; sprinkle with salt.
Pour cheese mixture over broccoli.
Cook and stir garlic in margarine for 2 minutes.
Add toast cubes and stir until butter is absorbed. Sprinkle over broccoli; top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
