Broccoli-Chicken Casserole
Broccoli-Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. cooked, deboned chicken, chopped, 1 pkg. cooked, chopped broccoli (16 oz.), 1 carton light sour cream (8 oz.), 1 can cream of chicken soup (low-salt) and 2 c. herb stuffing mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with vegetable spray.
Place chicken pieces and broccoli on the bottom of the pan.
Combine sour cream and soup.
Pour this mixture on top of chicken-broccoli mixture. Mix stuffing mix and margarine together and sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake in a 350Β° oven for 30 minutes, uncovered.
