Broccoli, Chicken And Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked rice (do not use instant), 3 tbsp. margarine, 3 or 4 chicken breasts, cut up, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can milk (soup can), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Thaw broccoli in boiling water; drain.
Saute cut up chicken, onion and celery in margarine in skillet.
Add soup, milk and Cheez Whiz.
Cook about 15 minutes.
Put rice, broccoli and rest of ingredients into a casserole dish.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350Β°.
