Broccoli-Chicken Alfredo
Broccoli-Chicken Alfredo is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cubed, 1 c. broccoli, chopped, 1 c. half and half cream, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 tbsp. garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Using a large nonstick skillet, saute chicken, broccoli, onions and garlic over medium heat until onions are clear and chicken is browned.
Reduce heat and simmer until chicken is done. Salt and pepper to taste.
Microwave cream cheese to soften then add cream, basil, oregano and mix until smooth.
Add sauce to chicken mixture and simmer 15 to 20 minutes, until smooth, stirring constantly.
Do not boil.
Serve over pasta of your choice.
