Broccoli Cheese Soup
Broccoli Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 oz. frozen broccoli, 1 c. water, 2 chicken bouillon cubes, 16 oz. velveeta cheese and 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook broccoli in 1 cup of water and bouillon cubes until done. Pour milk, flour and cheese, cut into cubes, into blender and process on grind.
Add to broccoli and water.
Stir in half and half and cook over medium-low heat until mixture thickens.
Stir frequently; will scorch easily.
