Broccoli Cheese Soup
Broccoli Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 stick margarine, 1/2 c. flour, 3/4 lb. velveeta cheese, 2 c. milk and 1 tsp. paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil 2 bouillon cubes in 2 cups water.
Add broccoli and cook 15 minutes.
Saute onions and/or mushrooms in margarine.
Mix flour into cold milk and evaporated milk.
Cook with sauteed mix until thick.
Add sliced Velveeta cheese.
Stir until melts.
Add broccoli.
Stir on low heat until thick (about 20 minutes).
