Broccoli Cheese Soup
Broccoli Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 1 chicken bouillon cube, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, 1 medium carrot, grated and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In saucepan, bring water and bouillon cube to a boil.
Add broccoli and carrot.
Cook according to broccoli directions. Remove from heat.
Do not drain.
In separate pan, melt butter and slowly stir in flour.
Continue stirring while gradually adding milk.
Stir in cubed cheese, soup, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Add the broccoli mixture to the white sauce mixture and cook over medium heat until soup is thick.
Stir to keep from sticking.
