Broccoli-Cheese Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, 1 1/2 frozen hash browns or chopped fresh potato, 1/4 c. onion, 1 can whole kernel corn and 2 cans cheddar cheese soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook broccoli and potatoes in small amount of water until tender.
Add soup, corn and pimento.
Add milk to taste, 3 cups or more.
Add salt to taste.
Add Tabasco sauce to taste in individual servings.
Use about a 3-quart boiler.
