Broccoli-Cheese Casserole
Broccoli-Cheese Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (7 to 8 oz.) boxes broccoli, 1 can cheddar cheese soup, 1/2 c. milk, butter and 1 can french fried onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook broccoli according to directions on package.
Cook soup and milk on medium heat until smooth. Drain broccoli after cooking and put into 1-quart buttered casserole dish.
Pour soup mixture on top. Crumble 1/2 package Ritz crackers and put on top of soup. Dot crackers with 1/8 stick margarine. Bake until golden at 375Β°, about 45 minutes.
Put 1 can French fried onions on top about 5 minutes before taking out of oven.
