Broccoli-Cheese Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli, cooked, 2 tbsp. margarine, 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and 3/4 c. skim milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Cook broccoli as directed on package; drain.
Arrange in an 8-inch square or 1 1/2-quart pan.
In saucepan, melt margarine; blend in flour and salt and stir in milk.
Heat in microwave on High until mixture boils and thickens. Blend in cheese and pour over broccoli.
Cook, uncovered, in microwave 5 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.
