Broccoli Casserole With Onion Rings is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can (5 oz.) pet evaporated milk, 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheese and 1 can (2.8 oz.) french fried onion rings, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Prepare broccoli according to package directions.
Drain broccoli and arrange evenly over bottom of 2-quart baking dish.
In small mixing bowl, blend soup and evaporated milk.
Pour mixture over broccoli and top with cheese. Bake 25 minutes.
Remove casserole from oven, top with onion rings and bake an additional 10 minutes.
