Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained, 1 (16 oz.) can english peas, drained, 1 (16 oz.) can chinese vegetables, drained, 1 c. water chestnuts, sliced and 1 c. sharp cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook cheese, mayonnaise and mushroom soup over low heat until cheese melts.
Add onion.
Place cooked broccoli in bottom of baking dish.
Sprinkle with peas, Chinese vegetables and water chestnuts.
Cover with soup mixture.
Top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
