Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 6 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. flour and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook broccoli.
Saute the onion in 4 tablespoons butter; add flour and water.
Cook until it comes to a boil.
Remove from heat and add Cheez Whiz.
Drain broccoli and add to the cheese sauce. Add the beaten eggs.
Put in buttered casserole; sprinkle with cracker crumbs and top with rest of butter.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 minutes.
