Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped, 1 can mushroom soup, 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated, 2 eggs, well beaten and 1 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cook broccoli as directions on package say (small amount of salt in water).
Combine soup, cheese, mayonnaise, onions and eggs.
Put broccoli in an 8 x 12 x 2-inch casserole and pour other ingredients over broccoli.
Sprinkle with cracker crumbs or croutons.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
Serves 10 to 12.
