Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears, cooked and well drained, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 2 eggs, beaten, 1 medium onion, chopped and 1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Chop cooked broccoli and add the eggs, soup, onions, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Pour mixture into a well buttered baking dish and top with grated cheese.
Then top with cracker crumbs and dot with butter or margarine.
Bake in 350Β° oven for about 25 or 30 minutes.
