Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup and 2 eggs, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook broccoli according to package directions.
Drain.
Put in lightly greased casserole dish.
Set aside.
Combine mayonnaise, onion, mushroom soup, eggs, cheese and margarine.
Mix well and pour over broccoli.
Sprinkle crushed cracker crumbs on top and bake at 350Β° for about 30 minutes.
