Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (i use 1 bunch fresh broccoli), 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted, 3 tbsp. grated onion, 2 eggs, beaten and 1 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook broccoli and drain.
Combine all ingredients except crackers.
Put in a greased baking dish.
Put crackers on top. Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes or until bubbly and light brown. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
