Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, 2 (5 oz. each) cans water chestnuts, drained and sliced (1 can works well), 2 (10 1/2 oz. each) cans cream of chicken soup, 2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs and 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook broccoli enough to break up.
Place broccoli and water chestnuts in a 2-quart casserole and mix.
Cover with soup.
Mix bread crumbs, cheese and melted butter and sprinkle on top of soup.
Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 350Β°.
