Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. croutons, 3 tsp. oleo, melted, 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, 1 c. water and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Crush croutons slightly and toss with oleo.
Set aside.
Place broccoli, water and salt in pan.
Bring to boil.
Separate pieces. Remove from heat.
Drain well and set aside.
Place cheese in pan; add cheese and cook over medium heat until cheese is melted. Stir frequently.
Stir in broccoli.
Pour into ungreased 1 1/2-quart dish.
Sprinkle croutons on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes or until hot.
