Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, 4 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. flour, 1/2 c. cold water and 8 oz. velveeta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Thaw and drain broccoli several hours or overnight.
Saute onion in butter; stir in flour and add water.
Cook over low heat until mixture thickens.
Add cheese and salt; stir until cheese melts.
Add beaten eggs and broccoli; mix well.
Pour into greased baking dish and cover with 4 slices toasted bread crumbs stirred in 1 stick melted butter.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
