Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, 2 eggs, beaten, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated and 1 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook broccoli.
Combine eggs, soup, cheese and mayonnaise. Fold in broccoli.
Pour into a greased casserole.
Cover with cracker crumbs and dot with butter.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for about 30 minutes or until top is browned.
Makes 6 or 8 servings. Chopped onion or a can of drained, sliced water chestnuts may also be added.
