Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 bunches fresh broccoli, 2 sticks margarine, 1 lb. velveeta cheese and 1 pkg. town house crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook broccoli until tender.
Coat sides and bottom of casserole dish with margarine.
Put 1/2 of broccoli in bottom of pan and cover with cheese.
Repeat with a second layer.
Crush crackers finely and cover top of casserole.
Cut margarine into 1 inch pats and cover crackers.
Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts and crackers are lightly toasted.
