Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli, 1 can sliced water chestnuts, 1 c. american cheese, grated, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 small can evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook broccoli until almost tender and place in a 2-quart casserole dish.
Combine chestnuts, soup, cheese and milk.
Mix well.
Pour over broccoli and bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with onion rings.
Bake 10 more minutes.
