Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, 1/4 c. onion, chopped, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 c. milk and 1/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook broccoli in salted water for 5 minutes and drain.
Mix cream of chicken soup with milk, water and cheese.
Stir instant rice and chopped onion into drained broccoli.
Put into a 2-quart casserole dish and bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Stir, then let stand 10 minutes before serving.
