Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked according to directions and drained well, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted, 1/2 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing), 1 egg, beaten and 1 medium onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix ingredients together in mixing bowl.
Pour into buttered casserole.
Can be made the day before and refrigerated.
Before baking, sprinkle about 1/2 package Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix on top.
Cover well with stuffing mix but do not stack it.
Bake uncovered for 40 minutes at 350Β°.
