Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 small onion, chopped and 1 c. cubed or shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook broccoli according to package directions for 5 minutes. Drain.
Mix together soup, mayonnaise, cheese and eggs in bowl. Put broccoli in a buttered 13 x 9-inch baking dish or casserole. Add soup mixture, spreading evenly over broccoli.
Top with crushed crackers, then dot with butter.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
