Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, 1/4 c. chopped onions, 1 1/4 c. pepperidge farm stuffing mix and 1 stick butter or margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Butter an 8-inch square casserole.
Thaw broccoli in sieve over bowl to catch liquid.
Mix soup and onions. Stir in 1/4 cup liquid drained from broccoli.
Sprinkle 1/2 of broccoli in casserole.
Top with 1/2 of soup mixture, 1/2 of stuffing mix and 1/2 of melted butter.
Repeat this twice.
