Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained, 1 1/2 c. cooked rice, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, 3/4 lb. velveeta cheese, cubed and 1 (2.8 oz.) can french fried onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In large bowl, combine broccoli, rice, soup, Velveeta and 1 cup onions; mix well.
Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
Top with remaining onions and continue baking 5 minutes.
