Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped, 2 eggs, beaten, 1/2 c. milk, 1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook broccoli until tender, then drain.
Combine eggs, milk, soup, mayonnaise and cheese, saving some cheese to mix with cracker crumbs.
Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish. Crumble Ritz or Town House crackers and add the remaining cheese.
Sprinkle over casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
