Broccoli and Rice Casserole
Broccoli And Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, 1/4 c. margarine, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 to 1 1/2 c. cooked rice and 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook broccoli as directed on package; drain.
Melt margarine and saute onion until tender.
Add rice, soup and cheese to the onion.
Stir in the drained broccoli and blend all ingredients. Pour into a greased casserole and sprinkle top with paprika.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes or until bubbling.
