Cook frozen broccoli according to package directions.

Drain well and set aside.

Cook rice (not instant) and set aside.

Saute chopped celery and onion in melted margarine over low heat.

Stir frequently until wilted.

Add cream of chicken soup and milk. Simmer until well mixed.

Add Cheez Whiz and stir well until melted into mixture.

Add rice, broccoli and salt and pepper to taste with 3 good dashes of Tabasco sauce.

Stir until mixed.

Pour into large casserole.

Top with breadcrumbs and grated mild Cheddar cheese (optional).

Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until bubbly and hot. Uncover last 15 minutes.
