Broccoli and Rice Casserole
Broccoli And Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. rice, 8 oz. jar cheez whiz or 1 can cheddar cheese soup, 1 stick margarine, 3/4 c. chopped onion and 3/4 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook rice.
When done, add Cheez Whiz.
Set aside. Saute together the onion, celery and green pepper in the margarine.
Set aside.
In another pan, cook chopped broccoli until tender. Drain. Put all ingredients together and add the cream of mushroom soup. Bake in flat dish 10 minutes at 400Β°.
