Medium beat eggs with whisk.
Add cream and beat. Add salt. Pour broccoli and mushrooms in bottom of crust; sprinkle cheese. and egg mix over this.
Dot with butter. Put pan on cookie sheet and carefully slip into 350Β° minutes or until quiche has puffed up into a dome and slightly browned.
Allow to cool at least 1/2 hour. Serves 8.
