Brisket Supreme
Brisket Supreme is an easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 to 4 lb. beef brisket, 1 (12 oz.) can beer, 1 (12 oz.) jar chili sauce, 1/2 c. brown sugar and 1/3 c. catsup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Place brisket in Dutch oven.
Combine beer, chili sauce, brown sugar and catsup in mixing bowl.
Mix well and pour over brisket. Bake at 275Β° for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
Cool meat and slice.
Reheat when ready to serve.
Can be prepared days ahead of time since meat slices much easier when chilled.
