Brie Wafers
Brie Wafers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. butter or margarine (room temperature), 1/2 lb. brie (room temperature), 3/4 to 1 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper and 1/4 tsp. cavender's seasoning salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix Brie, butter, flour, cayenne pepper and seasoning salt well.
Separate into long rolls wrapped in wax paper.
Refrigerate until firm; cut in 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick slices.
Sprinkle with sesame seed.
Bake on sheets at 400Β° for 8 to 10 minutes; cool and store in airtight containers.
