Brick House Plantation Aspic is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. tomato juice, 2 c. bloody mary mix, 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin, 1 c. cottage cheese and 1/2 c. pecans, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Soften gelatin in tomato juice. Bring Bloody Mary mix to a boil. Remove from heat and add gelatin mixture.
Mix and stir until dissolved. Cool. Pour half of the mixture into a 13 x 9-inch dish which has been greased with mayonnaise.
Chill until congealed.
